If you recieve an email from [email protected] don't respond.  This person is commiting frauds by contacting models to work for him, sending them counterfeit checks, saying the photoshoots were cancelled and asking for the money back before the bank realizes it's counterfeit. Therefore models are sending their own money to this guy. I'm trying to get in contact with the London Authorities but I'm in America.  He said the shoots were in Amsterdam but the fake check and the address he gave me in the email are in London. Please be on the look out.

It's another variation of the "Nigeria" scam.

Sorry that happened to you. They tend to come up with some elaborate stories yet the plot and method stays the same.

And, yes...you said "London" and I did mentioned "Nigeria" but the scams are all routed out of Nigeria.

If you can...report it to the London authorites...it won't help you at all, but it gives them more information/vicims to keep them on their toes and watch for this stuff.
