Is this OK or should it be all color?

Depends what look you are going for.

If "your look" is color color color then do it smile

I like to show mainly color but I have a few black a whites.  I like to show that I can also interpret color through black and white smile

i think its good to have both black and white and colour, it shows your talent in both, i have a nice mix of colour black and white and sepia tones, i think that variety is the spice of life and it should represent what you do. I wouldnt sudgest black and white for images that are all about colour.

I like working with color and use color to show my skill, so B&W shots aren't super benefitial for me. That said, I still think they're very pretty and usually have one or two in my book. Haha, well mine aren't completely B&W, coz I photoshopped the eyes...just had to have a little color.
