Hello,

I am traveling to VA, DC, and MD area this summer and looking to do some work. So, I am looking for studios to rent and willing to negotiate fees for rental time. For now, I will need a total of 10 - 25 hours, but total time may increase when I get there in July. Please email me if you have a studio that consist of 24ft x 36ft. of space or more. Last, I will need a studio in DC and in Virginia Beach, VA.
