Your avatar shot and the image of Lisa are great - good composition and light. I really like the architecture and wildlife shots, too.

I would only use one of the shots of Jessi. I think the Jessi 3 pic is the best. The back/rim/fill light on Jessi 2 looks a little hot and the color shot looks flat. I would also try to warm up the K2A shot, if possible. Her skin looks a bit too yellow.
