When I make changes to a photo and proceed to save that photo with a different file name, Elements 7 doesn't save the 'tags' with the new file.  I am having to go to "show all", find my photo, and then add the assigned tags to it.  Elements 5 would assign any tags to the new file that were attached to the original and place them right next to each other in the organizer.  How can I fix this?
