I feel like I've just found it!!

Messing around on photoshop while editing one of my new shots I found a new technique, and the skin and everything just came together and I'm sooo pleased with the effect!!!

I just wanted to come on here and show you and feel a little proud!

Don't mind if other people don't like it, but I'm soo over the moon!

As you can see the original image has a slight motion blur, not to everyones taste, but i quite like it.

Congrats on finding a technique that works for YOU!!!  That's one of the things I so MUCH enjoy about photography....there are not a lot of hard and fast rules....there are many ways/techniques to get the job done...I LOVE fellow photogs that are PASSIONATE about our field and exploring new techniques!  Again, congrats to you for finding "your" technique that works!  Blessings of continued success to you my friend!

Kind of hard to see any (tonal) detail in black and white.

I think it looks great.  Can you share with the class?  It's cool if not, just thought I'd ask.

I may share later.. it depends what I've stumbled upon..

It's a first try.. it could just be a one off good job, that worked this time. Or it could get better and better.. we shall see..

I like it... It looks similar to what Roberto Cavalli was doing a year or two ago..

You successfully matched the model's face to the color of the background. All teasing aside, nice job.
