PatchMatch: A Randomized Correspondence Algorithm for Structural Image Editing. The video is very impressive.

Very cool.  Thanks for posting this Kevin.  I guess CS5 will be worth the upgrade smile.  Hopefully the Adobe guys will be able to optimize it even more - by their math it seems that running on a GPU implementation (Geforce 8800) a 5D2 file would require ~23s per change; 3 minutes without a highend card.  It also seems entirely realistic that they could enable the 'advanced' guidelines tools used here, though, for the existing Content-Aware Scaling and patch / healing tools.
