I have photo impact pro version 11 from when i was in high school that i wanted get so i could crop etc. Now i wanna be able to really get into retouching etc for my photos but there isnt any online tutorials that i can find. Is this program decent to do serious retouching and effects or should i get photoshop CS3 (a photographer offered me a copy and tfcd if i shoot with him)?

If anyone has any insight that would be really helpful
