Above is an image I did yesterday.  I was able to do some nice natural edits on the image, clean up hairs in the face, however I had trouble cleaning up hairs that where flowing in the background.  The hair ended up seeming to end abruptly and didn't look natural.

I looked up this topic and I mostly found product related threads like this one not so much about the PS end of things:
