Should I bring my Propane Heater(s) and is there a local place to get the 30lb cans in your garage filled?

Do you want to use my Backdrop stands?

Backdrop stand - yes
and black seamless seem so popular, might be a good idea for it to make a come back.

As for lights, I'm hoping to add one more light by december, so I should have 7 of my own, and I should be able to get Joe to provide his 3 B800s for the "special" studio. So I think we're good on strobes.

Heating.... I think I'll rely more on the Kero since it's quieter and more BTU

The carpool list will come out soon. I'm also offering up to 5 bed space and 7~8 floor space for the night, but I will also be compiling a list of people who might want to share a nearby hotel room.

I RSVP'd
Depending on my mood I will either be there as a photographer (No! Me?!) or llama. Maybe I can convinced to be both.

Ok, so I'm thinking about charging a small fee for the use of the private shooting station (Station 3 last year). Not so much to turn a profit, but so there's some sort of order with sharing the use of the space.

I'm thinking something like $20~$25 for a 50-minute block. The station will have black seamless paper and 3x B800 lights with assorted modifiers. I will black out the one and only window there so it would be completely dark.

Um... it's a 2-car garage with some yard machines parked in there. The backdrop will be a standard 9' seamless with enough space on both side for lights.

Ironically, probably the warmest room downstairs...lol. Since it's the dedicated room for 18+ photography, there will be a 60,000 btu kerosense heater down there. No props, but I have a stool at the makeup area that can be stolen.

Liquid latex colors

Black/orange/blue/red/purple/yellow/green/pink/white/tan/flesh/clear

Fluorescent Liquid Latex
Orange/green/blue/purple/magenta/red/pink/yellow

Metallic pearl sparkle liquid latex
gold/silver/blue/red/green

Stencils for Liquid Latex designs that I make myself are Koi fish/cherry blossoms/flowers/plants/scales/water/skulls/fire/ripped apart/and many more

Beth, if you have a few never-seen-before pieces that you'd like to debut, we can have a mini fashion show.

So... last year I had Nintendo Wii setup in the entertainment room, but it was not as a big attraction as I have hoped. (not to mention I was shamefully defeated in Wii bowling.) So this year I'm thinking about using that space either as wardrobe central, or some kind of ring flash station.

I think the room itself still got a lot of use though.  It was one of the quietest public areas when the band was playing, for example.
