okay or can a photographer ask a retoucher or any photo shop wizard for "usage agreement" or a "contract"

and what do you put in them?

I think they'll all say "When you pay my rate."

Thats what I would say if I was one and you could put anything you wanted on them since I'd be happily spending the money big_smile
