First beauty shot and in need of PS help
I will be the first to admit that I am no PS Wizard. That's why I'm posting here to get some help from the pros. I'm very fond of this image and stuck on how to approach it PS wise. I want to smooth out the skin while maintaining the pores. Would anyone be interested in retouching this image? Jan 27 10 09:42 am Link Ooops! forgot the hirez link: http://www.8thsign.com/Imagery/_MG_47022c.jpg Jan 27 10 12:10 pm Link ok my take. very quit but efective Jan 27 10 01:01 pm Link wow! this looks great! how long did it take you to get this done? Jan 27 10 01:19 pm Link not sure 10-15 min may be.Do you want the his res? Jan 27 10 01:27 pm Link sure, if you don't mind. Jan 27 10 01:34 pm Link a bit bored. took me 30 mins. i need more trigger time...more like mouse time :-) Model with great skin = gas money Make-up artist on deck = $50 You being smart guy = 21 years of school less than 30 mins to retouch a photo because you hired a great model and smart enough to hire a make-up artist = PRICELESS. You get my point :-) went back to make some changes Jan 27 10 03:31 pm Link ^ very nice! thanks! Jan 27 10 04:32 pm Link Jan 27 10 05:28 pm Link Here's my try. Big file link on request. Feb 01 10 07:13 pm Link oopsie i didnt mean to post it twice Feb 01 10 07:13 pm Link It looks like you have your handful of retouches, but here's my take. (Before/After) http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k295/ … tled-1.jpg (After ONLY) http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k295/ … olored.jpg Use in port? Feb 03 10 04:42 pm Link Feb 03 10 07:47 pm Link Not like I'm some master retoucher dropping mad science, but I couldn't help noticing that almost everybody missed the veins in her eyes, and nobody took care of the loose threads in the garment... I didn't spend much more time than anyone here, but I spent the first few moments doing a sort of checklist; identifying what needs correcting. Sometimes it feels like a waste of time, but I know from experience that I actually work faster when I do. Feb 04 10 12:48 pm Link |
