That photo already looks like it has been touched up. It looks fine like it is. Its hard to work on a photo that has already been altered or touched up.

i've worked on it.. but..i dont know.. make adding some "postcard air" or something like that.. (ex. Roy Varga's Pic)..

Well I think its a cute picture like it is. smile

I went with a more retro process look to it. I will leave the fancy background changing and stuff like that to someone with more skill than me. smile
