I would encourage her to bring someone to the shoot . Why would you worry about he said she said ? I thing just relax and dont worry too much . You said an edgy shoot . Maybe a parents concent would be good cause what if her mom doesnt approve and thinks you brain washed her little baby in being edgy , oh good lord what would the church think... whats i'm saying is you want 16 year old edgy shoot then do it if not be safe get an 18 year old same thing .. i do wonder if the contract is binding for a minor ? i dont know i'm just playing devils advocate ...
