Headshots, some frilly girly girl stuff and some general badass concepts. (I know you're trying to expand beyond badass - but you do it soooo well.) And pretty much anything you want.

Hope you're getting back on your feet after the Sandy devastation.

Punk chick, Urban, location work.

I'd put you in an old dark factory setting and tie wire you down to an 1920's wooden wheelchair wearing a ripped and distressed hospital gown and one of those pet protective collars. I'd give you deep sunk eyes, stringy hair and some worn off makeup from days gone by. To top it off I'd throw down some tubes and hoses, get a Boxer dog to be licking your toes and stick a lit cigarette in your wired down fingers.
I'd give it some dramatic top lighting and a small spot on the dog.
Put an antique dolly in your lap, then ask you to smile.

And because your 17 I'd make sure your mom was helping us on the shoot.

But that's just how I would shoot it on this side of the pond. smile

A shoot that's built around a dramatic hair style. It's basically a variation of a 1960's style - but with a twist. I've never seen it done that way, so I'm not going to be specific here.

I love your studio work. I'd want to play around with crazy expressions. I feel like your models get good vibes from you and they can let the soul flow directly to the camera... Or something like that

Thanks, Mick. For the most part I work with experienced models - the type I can tell what I'm looking for and then to some extent turn them loose. I've found the most models don't get good at expressing emotion until after they've become good (and comfortable) with posing. The more I shoot, the more I encourage them to emote.

Sometimes when a model needs to loosen up a bit at the beginning of a shoot, I just have her make faces at me (and shoot them and show them to her) for a few minutes.

Everything in my portfolio is at least 11 months old. I'm sending you a link and password to a folder with some of my newer stuff, so you can see whether I've gotten better or not. lol

Next person skip me please. Mick's on deck.

Some '40 style gangaster shots. I can see you with a man suite and a gun in your hand, you'll look great.

Something outdoors involving a floral headpiece and multi-colored eye shadow. (Maybe even in the snow.)

Also something edgy and avant-garde that takes advantage of her long hair.

You're very versatile, and there are a lot of options. I'd be tempted to do an androgynous shot. Maybe something like this:

I'd love to do something with pastel colored hair - you look amazing in that pink! Maybe candy themed in a bathtub full of candy hearts or something else sweet, or taking it the opposite way pastel, girly hair with tough punked out clothes.

I'm a newbie, so I know I don't have much in my portfolio, but see what you can do. I'm always looking for new ideas for shoots to build it up, and I'd love to see what you guys can come up with that would be fun to play around with.

I would look to hook you up with some cool headshots, and may be some classic bathing beauty style pin up shots.

Artistic, dramatic, black and white implied shoot possibly. With dramatic shadows and intense emotion being conveyed. Haha smile

Shave off all that facial hair, tame your hair, throw some makeup on and do some men's high fashion, your face could pull it off!
