This is the version without a built-in focus motor. It's sharp, lightweight, and has no imperfections in the glass other than a few specks of dust. Cosmetically, the rubber zoom and focus rings have faded to a light gray somehow (bought it that way), but are otherwise completely intact. Maybe it just needs a good cleaning or conditioning, but I've never bothered to try.
