2-1/2

Not crazy about the background, the whiteboard seems off, and she has the 'hair-tie-bracelet'

You can see where you tried painting around the board to make it whiter?
and the lighting is unflattering, her face looks blotchy, overall effort in the photo is 0%
no time spent with light, no time spent on retouching, it doesn't tell a story and just looks amateaur, It's not a photo that anyone else who hasn't held a camera before couldn't take. Photo is blurry/or high pass?
and her hair looks terrible.
Sorry sound blunt but im guessing you want serious critique.

I am going to add one more thing: the watermark.  It changes the depth perception of the white board due to its location and direction.  The white board seems perpendicular to the line of site there and parallel to the wall where you can see the direction of the board.

2. Terrible postprocessing. Not sure what you were trying to do with that whiteboard.

I gave it a 2 because I've seen worse.

1, looks very snapshotty

poor lighting (shadow on whiteboard)

you can see the marks where you white out the board,

she has a hair tie on her arm,

skin is extremely blotchy,

Yeah.
Work on saturation (not too much!)
Clean up skin.
The pic would improve if you cropped the frame off on the left.
Just say "NO" to hair bands on wrists.
