As my clientele slowly begin to become more high end, I'm finding it's time to start investing in color management/calibration hardware and software, but I'm not really sure where to begin.

I've been considering purchasing a Spyder4 but I don't know too much about it, so I wondered if anyone has any experience with it or knows of any similar alternatives.

Hey Paul,

I use Huey Pro and works great, and I thinks its cheaper than Spider 4!!

Not sure about the difference between them tho!!

I recently started using a color checker passport (create a custom profile for use in LR) and then a Spyder4Pro for my monitor.   I'm pleased with the results and should make jobs that require great accuracy and consistency much easier.   It's all a very simple process as well.
