Hey y'all I have a session with a model that has issues with her lips .
they kinda look like this . This is the high freq

It isn't really difficult. As Pictus suggested, 1) copy the lips, 2) paste them on a new layer, 3) use the transform and warp tools to fit them to the original lips, then mask around the edges. You can add or adjust color to suit. It just take a little practice.
