I decided yesterday that I was going to add in the latest tear or an image capture of that tear, right before the list of publications...

I know in previous critique, some preferred just a link to purchase the magazines/ad's/online interviews...

Is that adding too much to my portfolio or is it nice to have at least one non-retouched/no makeup and one published tear/professional example image as your reading/scrolling through?

Also, let me know any other thoughts you may have to improve my portfolio and profile in general.

Usually I do like to see a tear sheet, but in this case I think it is the least flattering picture on your profile/port and I would not keep it up.
