I recently installed CS5, and the default seems to be to open all images as tabs. I hate it. I have to go to "arrange... float all in windows" every time I open a number of images. It's not a huge deal, but it's an extra step. Is there any way to change the default? I checked in preferences, but couldn't find anything relevant.

Now on a MAC, how do you tell it to make Full Screen Mode with Menu Bar the default?

I hate having to tell it to do that every time.
