After waiting 2 weeks for the 2 concepts I received what I consider to be very poor designs. I contacted 578 graphix 3 days ago o n here and by email to request a refund and have had no response. Hopefully I will not have to post the level of work produced on here. The samples in the ad look great, but my logo samples are not even close to these. Hoping that this is resolved quickly. In the meantime is there anyone out there who does logo designs?
