So, i am not sure if this is the right place but i hope at least i do not break the rules if i just happily announce that i got certified as personal trainer   This would not be perhaps so "special" if it were not for the fact that my certificate came on the fourth anniversary of my sobriety.  I think this is the best gift i could have got.  Things have changed for me dramatically and i am happy they have.  From 235 pounds heavy, helpless and hopeless, with no goals or aspirations but terrible self-esteem and image; i have embarked on weight loss and wellness journey of which this site has now been a part.  Be well you all and blessed.  Xavier.
