Re-found photos of Niagara during a period where the water was being diverted. Fascinating.

That was one of the stops during our family vacation when I was a kid and I remember it well.
People don't understand when I say I saw "Niagra no Falls".
The Horseshoe falls were well worth the trip though!

They have a couple photos of that time hanging in the buildings in Niagara, (I don't think they have any of the construction, just of the water shut off) they're pretty cool. Kind of crazy that they could do something like that.
