Dancers are among the most graceful athletes among us, doing amazing leaps and standing en pointe while making it look effortless.
Learn how to make photos of these athletes that pop, and help them get the attention they deserve. In this intensive six hour workshop, we will learn the following:

-how to use studio strobes to capture compelling images of motion;
-how to find sculptural moments that show their quiet strength and beauty;
-the technical background necessary to make and process the images.

Each student will have ample time to practice with several dancers.

There may be some nudity.

We'll have professional dancers and models leaping and making shapes for us. The number of dancers will depend, to some extent on the number of students. Our model/dancer corps will be anchored by Aaron and Kitty, aka AK-Arts, the proprietors of Little Boxes Theater. They are amazing professionals, and have worked on hundreds of photo shoots, including almost a dozen with Matt Haber
