Hi everyone, my name is Luca and I'm trying to push photography from semi-pro to my full time job. I'd really love if someone can give me some feedback on my portfolio and especially on my last shooting, which is visible here: http://lucacavallotto-photography.com/p777998500 (on mm there are only few photos of this shooting). Here I used one softbox, trying to create images with huge contrast, focusing on the plasticity of the body.

I'll appreciate any feedback that will help me to improve my skills and give me directions for my future professional development.

Thanks

Luca

I think this photo has lots of potential
The eyes look like they could be sharper
Think I would like the body on an angle to the camera [slimming effect on hips] then the model looking directly into the camera

The crop feels to tight top to bottom
You did a great job on getting her eyes in focus

Image seems a bit washed out
Suggest crop
Bring the top of the photo down and crop the bottom just above gold bracelet on models right arm

Note: If the photos are not on MM then I prefer not to go to strange web sites, I have had issues with malware

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

I think the one of the gal in maroon is magnificent. I will go opposit what I would normally recommend by instead saying"do not turn her" because she shows plenty of lower curves. Her face invites the viewer to take a second look. She is plenty tall and her hair, which is long, emphasizes that (the height adds to the trim appearance) - so you do not need to worry about how trim she looks. The stance makes her even curvier. If it "ain't broke" don't fix it. ( but you should not crop off the elbows).
