Pretty good, but the skin smoothing is WAY over done (no texture left at all). I'd drop the saturation level and possibly the skin highlights down a tad if it was my photo. I'd also like to see the rest of her right hand because it's kind of lost like a little stump behind her hip.

She has that blank "I'm thinking about what errands I need to run later while this picture is being taken" expression that should really be "hello, sailor" instead for this type of shot.
