Anybody trying To Image Lovejoy2014?
Comet Lovejoy 2014 is at it's closest tomorrow and is visible in the early evening sky. The best I get is a bright green spot in images - and a "Green Spot / green glow" halo around it with Binoculars. I will say - it's amazingly green in color. Anybody else trying to get images? Jan 11 15 02:42 am Link I did make an effort to capture it but my equipment is lacking for anything meaningful beyond a smudge against a field of stars. I still have to review the RAWs but am confident I caught it. Jan 11 15 08:33 am Link |
