Testing
Hey everyone, What do you normally put in your e-mails to agencies regarding testing with new faces? I am trying to test with larger agencies and want to make sure I am as clear as possible. Any tips would be amazing. Thanks! Sara Jan 11 15 04:54 pm Link Don't email - call. Ask for the New Faces Booker. Jan 11 15 04:59 pm Link Just simply "looking to test". They know what it means; it has a standard meaning. DO NOT, EVER, use the term TFwhatever. You will be branded an internet photographer. (which you obviously won't do as you called this thread "testing". Most importantly, though, is that you HAVE to show them faces that are agency caliber. (and keep the photos clean, about the girl and minimal post production.) If you don't, they are going to question your eye. Super important you understand that. If you go to Click, Boston, you can see what they want. Jan 11 15 06:03 pm Link Few will refer without seeing your work, and it must be up to commercial standards. It is advisable to have a "drop off" book, that you can drop off, and then pick up in 2-3 days. If they are interested, they will try to make a few minutes to chat when you pick up.
