Fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi insists that the moon is a planet.  The only logical alternative is that it's a star.

If you consider the fact that the Earth and the Moon actually orbit a shared center of gravity and not one orbiting the other, that would make them each a planet in a twin planet system.

If you insist that the shared center of gravity must fall outside the sphere of either celestial body to be a twin planet system, then the Earth is a planet and the Moon is not, as the shared center of gravity falls within the sphere of the Earth (but not its center).

What a ding-a-ling.

Everyone knows the moon is a Mothership, duh.

Anyway, now we know what Isaac Mizrahi means. Good job in that department.

BTW, did you notice how his diatribe of drama suddenly skipped a beat when she mentioned Uranus?

I can assure you, old friend, that you are wrong. Many years ago I dropped some good acid, smoked some great hash, and went to the moon. I can assure you that it is nothing more than a large hunk of Brie (very good Brie I might add). The "holes" (or craters as some call them) that you see are the result of the munchies, nothing more. Had I know then what I know now, I would have taken a nice baguette and bottle of wine with me!  tongue

The moon is a hollow shell.  It's where the Nazis, Illuminati and Greys have their secret base...

Gahan Wilson had a great cartoon explaining the moon - a little capsule was headed that was and the announcer was breathlessly going on about - "in just a few moments, man will see -  for the first time - the far side of the moon."

And you see the stage flats and the hollow structure of the back side of the moon - with a notation on the flats of "Act 1 - scene 4"

Enlightenment is like the moon reflected on the water.
The moon does not get wet, nor is the water broken.
Although its light is wide and great,
The moon is reflected even in a puddle an inch wide.
The whole moon and the entire sky
Are reflected in one dewdrop on the grass.

Our moon is abnormally large in comparison to the Earth. I'm pretty sure our moon is close in size to some of the smaller planets, and Pluto, whatever that is.

Assuming the massive collision thery is still in vogue, our moon also formed quite a bit differently from other moons.

I think it's still a moon, but it's a heck of a moon.

It's only "bad acid" when it involves a trip to Uranus.
