One of many reasons to hate the Rock'n'Roll Hall Of Fame:

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ousts DJ Alan Freed's ashes, adds Beyonce's leotards.

I despise the very concept of a rock and roll hall of fame. Rock and roll is about rebellion. Halls of fame are about institutionalizing the participants. A rock and roll hall of fame makes as much sense as Steve Martin's "nonconformist's oath"  ("okay, guys, let's all say it together!")

the r&rhof is a joke. and anyone who participates in it is a hypocrite.
