YES THE SHOUTING IS WARRANTED! I bought a used book from Amazon, listed as "Very Good" condition. Someone had TORN OUT and ENTIRE CHAPTER of the book! WHO WOULD DO SUCH A THING! AND WHY? I worked in a used bookstore and we had to look out for disposable books when buying stock.
