Hi all, I try to develop myself as a photographer dedicated to making low key photographs. Your feedback is highly appreciated.

Marc low key is one thing... plugged shadows is entirely another... learn to use histograms... you're not there yet...
setting a white point of 150 doesn't work... period...  without a lit' snap in the highlights the images will always appear flat and underexposed... hope this makes sense...

That said, your compositional elements are good.... learn to expose properly with your Canon EOS 70D...
It's 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM lens is certainly capable...

Again, hope this helps...
All the best on your journey...

This image seems to have too much dead space above the models head.

Question, are you using a calibrated monitor?

Over all the images do seem quite dark

Wish you well
