This one makes you look painfully old and not personally appealing to my eye...



It's not your best headshot anyway, so I'd advise you to ditch it.

#1 Nice photo - for the photographer's portfolio. You are not recognizable. If it were in color...maybe.


#2 An interesting and intriguing image


#3 Good headshot., shows you well. Gives me the feeling it was a split second after the light left your eyes. Not sure about your right hand, it's awkward but balances the picture.


#4 Dump this. Your skin color is off and the lights in your eyes make you look like an alien.


#5 Very dramatic, well done.


#6 MMM, no. Indeterminate expression, hard light, distracting flowers


#7 Yes, this works though the caption works against it - you look serene.


#8 Another photographer's portfolio shot. All the wrong angles for you.


#9 Wonderful colors here, you look beautiful. Your left hand is too close to the camera - a slight distraction. Great contact with camera.


#10 Nicely done - the subtle smile and pose are perfect.


#11 Lovely. Try not to lift your chin so high - it's almost a nostril shot.


#12 It's a good shot but that head tilt. Watch your hands - loosen the fingers a bit so they're not claws.

#13 Oh, how i wish this was rotated 90 degrees to upright and was in color. Then we could easily see your loveley features and colors.

#15 Good pose. To keep the stare out of your eyes, you could close them, then open when the shot is ready to be taken.


You've got great features, beautiful eyes and great red hair (I'm a fan). Use the mirror to practice more expressions - you show great potential with the few you have here. I would lose the captions/titles - good pictures don't need them. They also lead to mistakes i,e. it's boudoir and au naturel. If you're going to name a style, it needs to be spelled correctly.
