The settings in Lightroom for this shot are based on BW Tone No. 3. Red, orange, yellow, green and aqua are all suppressed, while blue and magenta are slightly up and purple is over-saturated to +13. It's hard to believe that the clarity is pushed up to +30, but I left the luminance alone since her skin already has a nice two-tone swell to it. Of all the BW tone settings in LR, I find that starting with No. 3 and then moderating settings to take into account light conditions achieves the best black and white look. Normally I love the C-41 process, where slight hues of color seem to enfuse the image, but in this case I played it fairly straight.

Original shot was under three strobes, with one bounced straight off the ceiling, and the key using a huge octagonal softbox. The lens was a telezoom, which I generally avoid in the studio, but used in this instance for sharper dynamics and contrast because the picture was shot for glossy magazine print.
