Work in a professional studio setting with experienced models and makeup/hair stylists, and mentors on hand to assist in learning to work with models and studio lighting..
All lighting and equipment is provided, just bring your camera and creativity and get ready to kick your portfolio up a notch!
For less than the cost of renting a studio yourself, and hiring the models and stylists, you can work one-on-one with three models in various settings in the studio.
this is not a typical paparazzi style shoot - there is a limited number of photographers assuring that each will have plenty of time to get the great and unique shots. instead of getting a shot just like the other ten guys shooting over your shoulder at a typical shootout style event. This one will be calm, organized and professional.

$100 PER PHOTOGRAPHER - $50 DEPOSIT REQUIRED.

Less than one week until the workshop!

Almost completely sold out, which to me indicates there are enough photographers ready to explore and learn more,  to warrant additional intro level workshops.

Let me know if there are topics you'd like to see covered, and we'll gather the expertise and models needed to make it happen.

The event went well; we had the number of photographers we wanted, nine. This allowed us to have a team of three shooters with each model. There were three sets - white cyc wall (corner) , corner with brick on one wall, reclaimed wood on the other, and a wall with barn door made of rustic wood. Each set had two strobes, one diffused and one hard; two of teh sets had soft boxes, the other had beauty dish.  We wanted the participants to see and work with the differing effects of the various types of light sources.

All in all it went well and the participants all seemed to be thrilled with the results of what they learned and the images they created.
