ABOUT THE EVENT

This is an opportunity to network, meet professional models, have a photo shoot to enhance your portfolio and perhaps even get discovered.

We are partnered with various popular photographers in the Piedmont. Their photography has been published all over the USA and abroad.

This event is for individuals who want to start a modeling career or have less than 2 years experience as a model.  Even if you are not sure if modeling is something you want to do we promise this will be a fun and informative experience.

How are we different?  You may have heard of other casting calls and model events advertised on the radio. You get crammed in a large room just to have someone sell you pictures (There are legitimate model search companies out there you just have to be careful).

At Phocus Point Magazine, we are dedicated to the education of individuals in the fashion industry. In this session you will have a chance to practice modeling basics, poses, runway walking, etc.  So come on out and get “discovered” while learning and having a great time!

Bonus - You may get the opportunity to be published in Phocus Point Magazine! Do your best and ask plenty of questions.
