Strange background on the lower right side.  Why use a model whose hands have been amputated?

But just one worthless opinion.

Interesting light play. Potential for improving on this concept to make some really cool images. I would like to see (at least) one of her eyes, and the cut-off hands doesn't work for me either. I think it is a an interesting, and good,  artistic decision to leave her nipples in shadow.
