Number 1:
Model looks sleepy
Hands are cut off
Move hair to other side of model to open up neck to camera

Number 2:
Move away from the wall
Use a background light on wall
Catch light in models eye looks like on camera flash

Number 3:
Model is very square to camera, add dynamics by placing models hips on angle to camera
Catch light also looks like on camera flash

Number 4:
Chin looks tucked in
Model is again square to camera, place hips on angle to camera
Model seems to lack emotion

Over all the lighting looks harsh in all these photos, very pretty model but in the images she just appears to be standing there, poses lack life.

I wish you well

Out of the 4, I think #2 and #4 are the best ones.

Often someone's like or dislike of photos is because of technical issues that could have been improved, other times it's just something about the pose itself or the model's expression.

Her expression in #1 isn't good enough for me to choose that one.  In #2 and #4 she's looking right at the camera and you can tell from her expressions she's interested in what she's doing.
