Model taxes Canada
So I am a freelance model, so how and when does one do taxes? And how since I will be doing paid work most of this year and hoping to make over $600.00 this year. (there may be a cutoff threshold) Same with HST which is collectible if over a threshold amount. (monthly) Deductions from income include clothes that can't be worn outside of modeling and related expenses that are directly modeling related. Rules are strict. Might not be worth attempting to make certain claims at all. Keep detailed records af all income and expenses!!! see Canada Revenue Agency http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/menu-eng.html A Google search can sometimes be easier than navigating the above Jan 04 16 05:38 pm Link |
