Centering way too many shots becomes a problem, break the rules,, sure, but not all the time... Use the rule of third more and know when and why to go horz. or vert.

Watch your backgrounds and lines more like here:

and here

Females need curves not like the straight lines here:

Curves like these lines: one of your best shot and crops

I think you should work on your help posing the models  and posing your shots more, if they can't you should be able to help them,, or hire really good models... You have worked with some Gorgeous models.
I also come away with a feeling that I seen your port but I didn't really see it, like I said gorgeous models,, would you like to see them 1)in the middle of a field 100 yards away print or 2) the face in a 20in x 20in print. My thought is anyone can take 1) with any camera half looking that way, one eye closed and a half blind in the other,, the 2nd one not going to be so easy,,,  focusing on what you are taking and the message you want to say is,,, you showed some gorgeous models but didn't really see them. The message and the focus could have been a lot more stronger and more focused.

Hope this helps, nothing personal just about the work and maybe pointing out somethings you may not be seeing and like the rest of us keep at it, keep work it and learn as much as you can.
