Dear MM members,

I have come across this casting call: https://www.modelmayhem.com/casting/2285369
and it sounds interesting, but there's basically nothing on the agency website and I cannot find any information about them. Has anyone heard about or worked with Topmodel Casting Agency (https://topmodel.agency/casting_calls/lax88)?

Thank you so much for your advice!

I don't know about Topmodel,  but this is a red flag to me  "Compensation:
Paid (USD 1400)"   who's pays this much for a simple in studio non nude swimsuit shooting?

Too funny!
Their website footer puts them in Dubai, but they're casting in LA.
Oh geez!

Sadly yes.
They have to pay a small fee though, but they don't go through the same vetting as a real member does so please be extra cautious when dealing with them  (I've only found a small percentage of them to be anything near real).  There is a small warning about that which is displayed after you click on the small 'i' located near the name of the company which MM admin feels is adequate notice..

I'm very curious as to the motives of the owner of this website to allow this.

So --
No site navigation from the  (https://topmodel.agency/)  front page - no working links to any other pages - no phone number visible - only an email address that you have to cut and paste.  (not even a "mail to")

A Hotel address?    (They do offer apartments and meeting rooms).

A stock photo on the front page of an "agency"  ????????

Very odd.

I am reminded of these old headlines --- (there was L.A. casting involved then too)
