Quality over quantity, especially for your posing. Your best shots are excellent, eg

But can you see what's wrong with your neck and shoulder here, because you're hunched up holding the railing:

Anyway, pull any shot where your neck and shoulder angles are wrong.

Also: you've been shot facing into the sun. No! It's not been the disaster it could have been - you must have great skin - but try to shoot with someone who knows what soft light is and where to find it. Or if you're shooting with friends, then read about getting natural light portraits and coach them where to shoot. This is soft light

See the difference? How your neck should be positioned depends on camera angle - you want to swan and elongate for side views and push forwards for shots from in front of you. Shoulders should always be down and pushed in - look at Pete Hurley's Hold Your Sub video on youtube.

Your best shots are great - just cull, and take the stuff that worked in those shots and use it in your new ones!
