Your eyes can be very engaging. I would suggest trying more shots in which you play with all sorts of facial expressions. I would also suggest a change of hair color. This bright blue-green clashes with your coloring and is glaringly distracting. I am sure there are other colors within the alternative/goth look that would work better for you.
