To the OP: put the images you want critiquing in your port here. Referencing them on your website is too awkward - maybe even impossible - for reviewers. Overall I'd say that you're a competent portrait photographer, but your flat lighting and low contrast post processing aren't to my taste, and that your images lack variety.
