I'd like to see a larger image of this shot to review, but don't see it in your portfolio. FYI, the MM police might have an issue with a mature image on your profile page.

There is a large version on the OP's website. Technically and aesthetically the photograph is almost excellent... but this is a case where the cut-off hand is really irritating and damages the picture.

It's a great concept, but needs more refinement.  The hand problem has already been mentioned.  It's too contrasty for my taste, but contrast seems to be part of your style.  The trees in the background are distracting... Perhaps if you did it on a foggy morning it would be better.  Or maybe on an overcast day with supplemental lighting on the model, letting the trees go darker.
