I mostly like it, but here are few thoughts.

the reflection on the glasses  could be reduced to a simple highlight blob
the red jacket is the most visually dominant part of the image
with the boost in contrast, the hair goes very dark

instead of the red jacket, how about a solid white/light blouse with the same 
high key graphic style to emulate a Nagle look?
