Using Lightroom what is the best way to remove the dark spots between the eye(s) and bridge of the nose.  I have tried using the adjustment brush but I can't seem to match the light/color of the surrounding area. Am I doing it all wrong?

edit - if the solution is the adjustment brush could you shed some light on which sliders I should use. Just using exposure doesn't seem to be the fix.

If you want to do it right use photoshop and frequency separation. Lightroom is an emergency exit not really a serious editing program. You could try using filters/plugins for lightroom, which still will look like dog shit at 100%, but maybe less of a mess than via brushes. The bottom line is if you want to do it properly you have to split textures from tones, end of story. You get lightroom and photoshop asa package now at 10 bucks or so, so you know, do it right.

Not really much help as I don't own Lightroom but like the previous post this is easy in Photoshop. You correct luminosity then hue and saturation.

D&B will immediately remove this, I believe.

I am also agree with the fact that its easier to remove dark spot in Photoshop. Photoshop itself has given a guideline here on this https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-eleme … cting.html
