I would suggest searching local photographers and contacting any you would like to work with.

Also create a casting call to advertise yourself.

Browse for photographers in your area and reach out through tags, comments, and messages.  Post an availability notice for your area, and keep a close eye on casting calls in your area.  Participate in forums, contests, etc. to increase the visibility of your work so people will be more likely to see you and reach out.  That's what's been working for me!
