I have not heard of this agency at all, I couldn't find anything off from the google either. They have instagram but idk if it's real?

How could a legit agency not have a website ???

looks like a brand IG new agency. At best, you might get some good pics but you wont book any real jobs or make any money.

Better yet go see some real agencies.
